Last updated: July 15, 2018
The TNPEC Referral Program allows registered users (a “TNPEC Webinar register user and attendee”) to earn cash rewards. (Special Condition: Certain individuals, educators, community leaders, and organizations may be approved as a registered user after a phone/online interview or onboarding webinar. These entities need to submit the Referral Program Invite form.
To participate, user must agree to these terms and conditions.
How to Earn Referral Rewards
TNPEC Users can earn cash rewards if: (i) a referred friend enters the referral code during the TNPEC online payment process and (ii) the referred friend or gift registrant attends and completes a qualifying webinar.
The referring TNPEC User will be credited with the Cash reward amount described in the referral invitation.
Qualifying Webinar and attendance
A Qualifying Webinar is one that has a total paid value of at least $19.50 (usd) and has been attended by the referred friend or gift registrant.
Current cash reward is $5 on a qualifying webinar of $19.50.
For qualifying referral code’s provisions completed the 1st – 15th of the month, rewards are issued the 25th of the month.
For qualifying referral code’s provisions completed the 16th through the last day of the month, rewards are issued the 10th of the month.
We use an online payout method. Currently, our most preferred payout platform is PayPal.
VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Please have a valid method of receiving payment. US mail is not a valid method. TNPEC prefers PayPal. However, other reasonable methods are acceptable. Please note, we will not reissue a payment if the payment has been processed through honoring your method or information. We will just call it a blessing to someone. However, if the payment is returned, we will resend it.
Sharing Referral Codes
Referrals should only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes, and only shared with personal connections that will appreciate receiving these codes. Referral codes should not be published or distributed where there is no reasonable basis for believing that all or most of the recipients are personal friends/connections (such as coupon websites, Reddit, or Wikipedia).
Referred friends that have signed up using a valid referral code and attends the qualifying webinar will also receive an invite to join TNPEC referral program.
A referred friend should only enter one referral code. If more than one code is entered, only one code will be honored.
The Program may not be combined with other TNPEC referral programs or incentives. If a referred friend enter referral codes from multiple TNPEC referral programs and incentives, preference will be given to payment via the Host Referral Program, voiding eligibility from The Program.
If any provision in these terms are held to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, such provision (or the part of it that is making it invalid, void or unenforceable) will be struck and not affect the validity of and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
Termination and Changes
TNPEC may suspend or terminate the Referral Program or a user’s ability to participate in the Referral Program at any time for any reason.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts or remove Rewards if we notice any activity that we believe is abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of the TNPEC Terms of Service or Payments Terms of Service. We reserve the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend accounts or modify referrals in our sole discretion as deemed fair and appropriate.
The scope, variety, and type of services and products that you may obtain through the Referral program can change at any time.. However, it is our intent to keep this as a Cash reward program because it helps in our mission to educate as many parents as possible.
Updates to the Terms
We can update these terms at any time without prior notice. If we modify these terms, we will post the modification on the TNPEC.org website Referral Program Terms and Conditions, which are effective upon posting. Continued participation in the Referral Program after any modification shall constitute consent to such modification.
