Who Are We?
In My Shoes Inc. is a Charitable (501c3) community organization, with experienced educational strategists, doing business as
The National Parent Education Center (TNPEC).  We teach parents how to recognize, create and advocate for a Quality Education for their child's learning needs.

Our mission is to support, educate and help parents resolve educational issues to attain and maintain the highest possible level of Quality Education that meets their child’s Educational needs.

What We Need:
An Online Learning Management System (LMS)...

LMS allows us to vitrually:
       *Educate parents
*Train parents to recognize, access, create and assess Quality Education
*Connect with parents, teachers and experts

What We Know:
Better-educated parents are familiar with how schools work, are more comfortable with school structure and are more likely to get involved in the school.

Regardless of family income or background, students with involved parents are more likely to:
-Earn higher grades and test scores,
      -Enroll in higher-level programs,
      -Attend school regularly,
-Have better social skills and improved behavior, and
-Graduate and go on to postsecondary education.

Poverty directly affects academic achievement due to the lack of resources available for student success.

When We Educate Parents on Education:

Parents become familiar with how schools work, are more comfortable with school structure and Positive Parental Involvement and Influence (PPII) increase along with Student Academic Performance.
